If you want to get your name on Google, it will take a little bit of work. If you have a common name then you will have to work even harder.

Your goal should be to get a "Completeness Score" of 100%  This is because the Profile Score and Your LinkedIn Profile showing at the top of a Google Search for Your Name have a positive correlation. In English, a better Profile Score = Your Name higher on search engine results.


One additional suggestion, only link to one of your websites from your profile! This is better for "search engine optimizing" your best website for search terms such as your name -on your LinkedIn profile!
