If you post a listing on Craig's List on a Friday, it will most likely be indexed by Google for Search Terms on a Saturday morning. I have found VFlyer, to be the most user-friendly syndicator for Craig's List. They make the listing pop-out on Craig's List with a template and listing pictures.

Just a few tips on your Sales Copy for the VFlyer add:
1. Use a catchy title. The title has to grab your target audience. It should be less than 7 words. Oh, and by the way - you should use search engine keywords! A title like "NEW Real Estate Listing in Krum TX" or "Houses for Sale in Austin's Brushy Creek"
2. Use your target key word phrase in title and in first paragraph.
3. Give them a reason to contact you. Contact us for additional pictures. Contact us for link to virtual tour. Contact us for details on builder incentives... You get the point.
After you have created the VFlyer add, you will be given HTML code to add to Craig's List. Just foolow the instructions on Craigslist to post your listing! I also recommend sending your listing to other syndication partners of VFlyer but Craig's List is very good for Google searches!
