You will have an option of signing up for over 100 different Social Bookmarking networks. It is going to take some time to go through the list. The most valuable networks for SEO are the ones that are "Do Follow". I do not recommend only bookmarking on the "Do Follow" networks as you can still gain valuable traffic from all of the networks.
"Do Follow" means that you will have a hyperlink from the network to your blog and incoming links are an important factor of your SEO.
